Ho hum. Moving things along. Ignore the awkward phrasing.

A fist slammed down on the boy's head, shoving his head to the rock floor. With the connection broken, John could now see the olive-skinned girl next to him. He shivered at her pulsating muscles. If not for those small, hardened lumps of fat on her chest, John would've though she was a male, despite her small stature.
'Shush!' She hissed. The boy squirmed, yet the vampire could hear nothing, even with his enhanced hearing. Very peculiar, he thought to himself, momentarily forgetting his situation.
And it was then that he realised that the intruders were not looking at him. Rather, they were looking at a strangely dressed lady right next to him. John had a feeling that she knew of his presence, though whether it was true or not, this green-coated, short shorts-wearing, magician-like lady was not telling. Instead, she was staring with a slightly bemused look at his unwelcome visitors.
John knew then, that he should've kept his mouth shut, for he had let out a second gasp. For however long had this strange woman been here?
The muscled girl pointed an accusing finger at the well-dressed lady. 'All right, we've found you! Now give him back!'
The lady clicked her tongue, and narrowed her eyes. 'Give who back?'
'Oded. Give him back, now!' She screamed.
The lady laughed, though it was not a condescending laugh. Rather, it was a laugh not unlike a squirrel who had just discovered that, the stupid little thing it was, had hidden its prized acorns within a tree that had been struck by lightning just a few days before, and that it was now going to starve to death in the wintertime, which was due in about three hours. And it was laughing because the squirrel wasn't a squirrel at all, but a rather highly intelligent human watching the entire scene.
'Tsk, tsk,' she said. 'Your power doesn't work on me, silly child, for I do not have your beloved "Oded."'
     'You're lying.'
'I am not. Talk to the vampire, he knows where your saint is.' She pointed straight at him.
The girl had let up the boy now, and he was rubbing his sore head. He gazed around cluelessly, much like the person beside him. 'What vampire? I don't see any vampires,' he asked.
'Don't joke with us, Witch!' The girl shouted.
At this, the Witch snapped her fingers. John did not know that she had nullified Twinkle's magic, but he screamed when the two youths locked on to him, eyes wide. Still, some strange magic held him in place.
'What the hell?' Said John, holding his arms out to protect himself. 'L-look, I don't know any "Oded"s, okay? So if you all would just leave now, the sun is coming up and I need my beauty sleep.'
A punch in the wall just millimeters away from his left ear elicited a squeak from the cowardly bloodsucker. 'Eep,' he squealed, as the two youths cornered him. And speaking of corners, John spotted the Witch jump out of his cave out of the corner of his eye.
'Tell us where Oded is. Now.' The girl spoke deliberately slowly, enunciating each and every syllable clearly.
