Anyway, I'm going to start with the "sharing" part of this blog and continue someone else's story instead of my own. REVIVE, DAMMIT.
And I am very sorry
this part is so flipping short. 'Tyson? What are you doing?'
I turned around. 'Lina,' I said.
She was staring at me, and I didn't like that. She narrowed her eyes, then something seemed to click and she gasped. 'Oh God, you're not trying to suicide, are you?' She asked. 'Get away from the railing!'
I turned back and stared at the students on the ground floor rushing back to their classes. 'Go away,' I said. 'I want to be alone.'
'You can't do this just because of Meyrin!' Lina exclaimed. She grabbed my arm and tried to pull me away the bars. I hunched over and wrapped myself even tighter around the metal.
'How... how do you know about that?' I asked.
'I'm in the same class with her, remember? I saw her coming in with Davis, so I thought maybe you saw them together, and... is that blood?' she said. Her voice was suddenly soft, was she actually concerned about me?
'Go away!' I yelled. 'What if Ken sees this?'
'Ken isn't going to get mad over something like this!'
'How do you know?'
'I know, okay? Now let go!'
I let her pull me away with a sigh, and we started walking back to class. Then while we were walking down the stairs, Ken came running up. His eyes widened when he saw me holding on to Lina. I stiffened. Was he going to punch me too? I quickly let go of Lina.
But Ken only said, 'Where were you? The teacher asked me to look for me, hurry up!'
'Here, you better go back with him.' Lina said. She looked at Ken in a really strange way. I had the feeling there was something going between them, because after a while Ken nodded and Lina went back to her class.
'Oh yeah,' Ken said to me as we ran back, 'You better wipe that blood off your face, too.'
After school, Lina said she wanted to walk home with Ken, alone. I watched Meyrin leave her class with Davis, then went home alone.
I took out my cellphone, and stared at the wallpaper of Meyrin I snapped on the bus. I sighed.
So she didn't like me, huh? Some 'Love' Charm this is.
I deleted the photograph.
The next day, before lessons, Meyrin came into my class. Even though she had snubbed me, part of me had hoped that she had come to talk to me, or at least apologise. She hadn't. She didn't even look in my general direction.
It was just as well, because I couldn't bring myself to face her either. Then I wondered if she was embarrassed about the day before.
Probably not. She looked so happy when Davis came in to look for her.
Then the bell rang, and it was time for class.
