"Hey have you heard of a charm? Just have a picture of your loved ones on the wallpaper of your mobile phone secretly without her knowing and she will be yours"
That's a charm I heard when I was a primary school kid. At that time it was just kiddy love. I mean kids telling and confessing that they love each other. Some worked some well... Let's just say a bad experience from it. Especially when you slapped by a girl on valentine's day for just saying three words. " I love You".
Well now I graduated from primary school and moving on to secondary school. My school is quite a distance so I must take train to school. Everyday it's the same old story.. Jump down the stairs. Diving into the train's door so that you would not miss the train. Due to all this you would conclude one thing: Life sucks. I mean it's like wasting a day at school feeling bored, alone.
One day I saw a striking beauty rushing into the train's door. Usually that's me but well there's always someone else to do that too. She was so pretty. A beautiful face, smile and not too mention a great body shape too. It feels like my heart was being shot by an arrow. It was almost like love at the first sight. And that's not all. The uniform she was wearing, it's from, my school. How could I have missed that? I would like to approach her but I'm shy. I thought we probably would not meet each other again. So it remained that way. She was so silent. So am I.
Then next day. there she was again. My heart pounded fiercely at her presence. I was using my phone when something struck my mind. Why don't I try the charm? Although the chances of it working are very slim but who knows? If God loves me, he could make our destinies clashed with each other. And you never know what the ending might be. So with perfect accuracy and without her looking of course I snap a photo with my phone. A perfect shot. Her photo is so majestic as it shows her beauty.
Then we reached our station. and later reached the school. The first half of the day was boring as usual. I felt asleep and well was punished to stand on my chair. Embarassing you might say but what is even more embarassing is that you fall asleep while standing and fell down the chair because of it. Everyone burst out laughing.
Then recess time... I really thought there was no one there in the class. So I take a look at the girl's picture. What am I doing? I don't even know her name. And yet I am keeping a photo of her. Than suddenly..
" Wow is that Meyrin from class 3-2? Wow someone here is a stalker" , exclaimed Lina.
" I'm not a stalker..." I said.
Well since she knows who that girl is the picture of my phone, I might as well tell her that I like her since all actions of trying to cover the truth is failing. She said she know her since they are in the same extra cocuricular activities, Choir. Lina said she might be able to help me with this problem of mine. I don't know it that is a good thing or bad thing. Oh and suprisingly she knows about the charm too. It is weird to know that such charm spread so far. Oh and who knows. Lina might have kept a picture of her loved one too in her phone. I would love to take a peek into her phone sometime.
